Thrift Finds Spring 2019

Something I've learned over the years about thrifting, flea marketing, and other second hand shopping is that seeing potential in a room of "junk" takes a trained eye. One of my mother's good friends while I was growing up could go to a flea market, look at a tent of run down furniture, see an old dresser, and have vision for how it would look sanded down with new knobs right in the middle of her perfectly curated farmhouse style home. It's funny when you see something that looks like junk, but in the right combination you can't imagine it not being there.

I believe the same goes with clothing. I really enjoy binge watching thrift haul style videos, and I think they help me refine a vision for what I'm looking for when I'm sifting through Goodwill's inventory of worn down style from last season.

All that being said, here are my favorite thrift finds from the past few months that I loved this Spring and will continue to cherish!

Denim Jumpsuit from Goodwill Wake Forest, NC.

Vintage Belt from Hospice Shop Northampton, MA

Turtleneck from Goodwill Raleigh, NC

Polo shirt from Goodwill Beaufort, SC

Leather belt from Salvation Army Hadley, MA

Yellow Earrings from Hospice Shop Amherst, MA

Harley Davidson Shirt, Garage Sale in Black Canyon City, AZ

Men's High-waisted Jeans, Salvation Army Greenfield, MA

Thanks for tuning in Xx
